Chak-chak - traditional oriental dessert, which can be easily made at home from the dough and honey. Every housewife knows Tatar, the softer the dough, the airier will chak-chak. It is a mandatory attribute of any Tatar wedding.

Conveniently, chak-chak is possible to prepare for the future, as it stands quietly for two weeks or more in the cupboard and does not deteriorate, the main thing is not to forget to cover it with cling film. Prepare this dessert is very simple, and its foundation are products available that are on any kitchen - wheat flour, eggs, sugar. Optionally, you can add to it any dried fruit, nuts or candy.

Eggs - 4 pcs.
Flour - 400 g
Salt - 1/3 hours. l.
Soda - ½ hours. l.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Honey - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 500 g
Nuts, dried fruit - to taste

PREPARATION Step by step

1. Lightly whisk, beat the eggs with salt and soda.
