Since childhood, Svetlana herself was engaged in dancing, gymnastics, swimming. Loves to swim even now, especially in the sea. Fortunately, he lives on its banks, in Odessa. She goes to the gym three times a week, and does yoga twice a week. He loves walking and, whenever possible, goes for a walk along the sea or in his hometown.
Svetlana also loves to travel. Her faithful companion is a bicycle. Riding it raises your spirits and keeps your muscles in good shape. But she refused to run a few years ago. He says that there is no time for everything. But in principle, the physical activity that we have now is enough to be in shape.
Carbohydrates - up to two o'clock in the afternoon
No matter how intensely a person physically loads himself, it does not work if you do not monitor your diet. This is especially important with age, when the metabolism slows down significantly. Svetlana has her own golden rules for nutrition. For example, carbohydrates (cereals, fruits), she eats only until two in the afternoon. Likes to eat a piece of dark chocolate, dates for breakfast. He says that, together with a good cup of coffee, it really energizes.

After such a light breakfast, a couple of hours later she has a snack: it can be fruit, a piece of cheese. For lunch - salad, meat or fish of your choice, porridge. For dinner - some kind of protein dish and vegetables.
“Dinner until eight in the evening. After that I try not to eat: I noticed that eating at a later time is difficult for my body, ”- Svetlana notes.
