1. We wash the meat and cut into large cubes, without cutting off the fat from it. Fry in vegetable oil in a saucepan or deep frying pan for 5-7 minutes. Add broth or beer and simmer over low heat under a closed lid until the meat is tender for about 45-60 minutes.

2. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into large cubes, finely chop the celery and leeks. Fry in a skillet until half cooked. You can not fry the potatoes, but grease them with oil and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. This will give the dish a special flavor.

3. When the meat is stewed, add vegetables to it, salt, pepper, sprinkle with oregano and simmer on the fire for another 10-15 minutes.
