Jakub was always jealous of his younger brother, believing that his family was prejudiced against him. For a long time, Yakub tried to tarnish Kahraman in the eyes of his father in order to take possession of Yorukholding.
But whatever Kahraman did, Ziya Bey always found excuses for this.
When Yakub learned that he was not Keimet's own son, he panicked, believing that Keimet and Kahraman would take all the property of the Yorukhans into their own hands, leaving him penniless.
The only hope was Maqsood, who owned most of Yorukholding's shares.
But, in this matter, Yakub was in for a failure. Elif wounded Maksud and now he was between two worlds. The last hope was melting like snow.
Maqsood was in a coma and needed an expensive operation. Maksud's mother did not have such money, and all of Maksud's property was confiscated.
Yakub persuades Shyukran to sell her apartment and pay Maksud the operation with the proceeds, judging that Maksud will owe him his life for a good deed.
And then together they will be able to take revenge on Kahraman and Yakub will take the helm of the company.
Yakub found the best doctor abroad and paid for Maksud's treatment.
The operation was successful and Maksud was put on his feet. But Maksud did not want to help Yakub.
He realized that no one is able to destroy the love of Elif and Kahraman and he is not going to take revenge on them.
Yakub's plan failed, he again failed to get rid of his younger brother.
But, later he finds out who is his real mother, and revenge on Kahraman will temporarily fade into the background.
