Summer is the time to experiment with coffee-based cold drinks. And it might not just be frappe.
Peach coffee
You will need: 1 peach, 100 ml coffee, 50 ml coconut milk, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 3 g cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. crushed ice.
How to cook: Bring milk to a boil, whisk with a blender with peach, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir the mixture with coffee, add ice and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Coffee with rum
You will need: 150 ml coffee, 1 tsp. rum, 20 ml of milk, 20 ml of soda, 1 tsp. sugar syrup.
How to cook: chill the coffee and freeze the sugar syrup. Mix them together, add rum and milk, some ice cubes and soda.
Coffee with orange and liqueur
You will need: 200 ml strong coffee, 2 tbsp. liqueur, 2 tbsp. milk, 2 orange slices, 1 tsp. zest, 1 tbsp. sugar, a few ice cubes.
How to cook: whisk liqueur, milk, sugar and zest with a blender together with ice, then pour cold coffee. Garnish with orange wedges when serving.Champagne coffee
You will need: 150 ml coffee, 50 ml champagne, 5 g whipped cream, 1 tbsp. crushed ice, 1 tbsp. cherry juice, 1 tsp. Sahara.
How to cook: Fill the ice with champagne and juice. Dissolve sugar in coffee, add to sparkling wine and top with whipped cream.
Coffee with chocolate
You will need: 200 ml coffee, 2 tbsp. grated chocolate, 1 tbsp. vanilla cream, 1 tbsp. crushed ice.
How to cook: Add the grated chocolate to the coffee and cook until it dissolves. Then cool the mixture and refrigerate for a few hours. Add ice and vanilla cream to a cold drink. You can add more chocolate chips on top
