Diet coconut cakes without flour and sugar: recipe step by step

Ingredients:
- Coconut milk - 400 ml
- Lemon juice - 100 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- Gelatin - 1 tbsp.
- Lemon zest - 2 pcs.
- Almond flour - 70 g
- Salt - 0.33 tsp
- Coconut oil - 3 tablespoons
Cooking method:
- First, prepare the base for the dessert.
- Mix together almond flour, coconut oil, salt, cinnamon and honey.
- Then place this dough in a split form and tamp it.
- Next, prepare the soufflé.
- Pour gelatin with water.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes.
- Then melt the dough on the stove top or in the microwave.
- Beat coconut milk with a mixer until fluffy.
- Add honey and beat thoroughly again.
- Next, add the lime juice and zest.
- Then gently stir the mixture, pour in the gelatin and transfer the dough into a mold.
Advice
Keep your dessert for at least 4 hours until it hardens completely. This will help give the cake a subtle sweet and coconut flavor.
