Reasons why you can't get a tan

There are innate features that cannot be fixed.

No matter how much doctors say about the dangers of sunburn, it has remained in fashion for several decades. Almost every girl and woman wants to "brown" at least a little in the sun. But not everyone succeeds.

Some tan easily, get an even and beautiful shade skin, while others either barely tan at all in the same amount of time, or "burn out". Why it happens?

It's all about the number of melantocidal cells that produce melanin, which is responsible for tanning. Some have more of them, some have less, this is an innate feature and characteristic of the skin.

People of the "Nordic" type have the worst sunburn: they usually have fair skin, light eyes, red or brown hair. Under the influence of the sun, they receive only burns, freckles and age spots.

Melanin is almost not produced in such people, for them prolonged exposure to the sun and visiting a solarium is very harmful. With this, alas, you just have to accept.

This does not mean, however, that the sun should be avoided altogether. You just need a sunscreen with a high level of protection, and it is better to limit the tanning time to intervals of 8-11 am and 4-19 pm.

This will allow you to get the right charge of vitamin D, not to burn and get a light tan (possibly) without harm to health.

Also remember that too tanned skin, on the contrary, does not allow the production of vitamin D, which means that tanning in this case turns into one continuous "disadvantages".
