Cooking amazing Funchoza with meat and vegetables

The interesting thing is that the dishes with Funchoza can be termed as salads and dishes. I am in this case, try to ignore the "cliché" and just cook amazing glass noodles for dinner.

Ingredients

For the preparation of the planned courses will be required:

  • Pork - 150 g;
  • Funchoza - 50 g;
  • onions - 40 g;
  • tomato - 70 g;
  • Parsley - a beam;
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

1️⃣ pork or other meat not cut into large pieces. For ease of cutting, the meat should be lightly beat off.

4️⃣ Funchoza pour boiling water and close the lid. As such, the reserve noodles for 5 minutes - to prepare it will be enough.

5️⃣ Getting immediate preparations: start with the meat - it should fry in a little oil until cooked and obtaining a delicious blush.

6️⃣ When the meat is ready, add it to the onions and tomatoes.

7️⃣ When the onions will be on the stage of "al dente", add chopped fresh herbs (parsley, I have it).

8️⃣ Onions ready, which means that it's time to add the soy sauce.

It remains only to add 9️⃣ Funchoza - before that it merge with the water. You may notice that the noodles become transparent. Stir, wait a few minutes until the moisture has evaporated, which we were not able to remove from Funchoza.
