How to do it?

1. Place a mat or soft towel under your feet.

2. Get on all fours, palms shoulder-width apart.

3. Straighten your arms and bend your legs at right angles.

4. Distribute your body weight between your arms and legs.

5. Inhale and bend in your back so your tailbone looks up.

5. As you exhale, slowly round your lower back and chest.

Repeat the exercise 10-15 times daily.
