  • 1 pinch - Ground cinnamon 

  • 100 g - Natural yogurt 

  • to taste - Sweetener 

Cooking method:

  1. Cut ripe bananas into small pieces.

  2. Place the mixture in the freezer for a few hours.

  3. Remove frozen banana slices.

  4. Place them in a blender along with the cinnamon and yogurt.

  5. Whisk the ice cream thoroughly.

  6. The mixture should look slightly melted in consistency.
