What to cook on a losing weight diet: banana ice cream
In the warm season, many girls who adhere to proper nutrition just want to eat ice cream. But often its nutritional value does not fit into the permissible calorie intake for the day.
Ingredients:
2 pcs - Bananas
1 pinch - Ground cinnamon
100 g - Natural yogurt
to taste - Sweetener
Cooking method:
Cut ripe bananas into small pieces.
Place the mixture in the freezer for a few hours.
Remove frozen banana slices.
Place them in a blender along with the cinnamon and yogurt.
