  • salt 
  • eggs 
  • vegetable oil

Preparation method:

Preparation method:

Preparation method:

  1. Boil the turmeric over medium heat.
  2. Dip eggs in water for 10 minutes after boiling. Add salt to taste.
  3. Grate the carrots and add to the water. Cook for another 15 minutes on the fire harder.
  4. Remove, let cool and coat the eggs with vegetable oil.
