Food
Eat regularly. Everything necessary for our immune system comes only with food. Look for foods that are easy to digest: complex carbohydrates, protein, and fiber. In no case should you neglect breakfast. Replace cheese and dairy products of 0% fat for low-fat cheese - 5-9%, and dairy products for 1.5-2.5% of fat. After all, the fat and fat-soluble vitamins from these foods protect your lungs.
Protein
Protein is now a priority as never before. Fish, poultry, eggs, meat provide the necessary amino acids for the synthesis of immunoglobulins. It is best to boil the broth with fish or meat. For example, chicken broth perfectly improves immunity due to heat treatment of a meat product. It contains many anti-inflammatory and restorative substances that enhance the body's immunity.
Fruits and berries
Try to eat one fruit, vegetable, and berry every day. Frozen vegetables and fruits are almost as good as fresh ones in terms of nutritional value. You should consume 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
Vitamins
First of all, eat foods rich in vitamins C, A and zinc. It is these vitamins that are powerful antioxidants that effectively neutralize free radicals - which contribute to cell damage and weaken the immune system. A lot of vitamin A can be found in liver and eggs. Also, products of plant origin are not inferior: carrots, pumpkin. Zinc is best found in mushrooms, poultry, and legumes. Don't forget about porridge. Minerals and vitamins that they contain are directly involved in the fight against infection.
