The number of garlic cloves define your own taste. I used 3 cloves, which was enough.

1. Sift flour and add salt.

2. Divide the egg mix.

3. Gradually pour in the milk and butter. The dough should have a liquid that pancakes have not risen.

4. Warm up a frying pan and a table spoon (no slides) Put the dough. You should get a mini-Pancake.

5. Fry until cooked pancakes on both sides. It will take just one minute on each side.

6. Ready "islands" spread on a plate, or even better on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

7. While our pancakes cool down, let us prepare the sauce. Take natural yoghurt (without flavorings), add the chopped herbs and garlic.

8. Cooled on "islands" Put the red fish. Since I salted the fish in different ways, I decided to combine on a single piece of two flavors: traditional lightly salted and marinated in beets (about this unusual salting discuss in the next recipe).

9. Fish decorate with freshly prepared yogurt and garlic sauce.

We serve our "islands" with greens for the festive table. This snack - a real salvation, if the main dish is not ready yet, and guests want to eat. And most interesting is that it is both gentle and ostrinkoy. You will love it!
