For cooking, you need only 500 g of Greek yogurt (10% fat), 1 teaspoon of salt and clean cheesecloth.
Yogurt should be mixed well with salt. Fold cheesecloth four times, put yogurt on top.Gauze must be tied up in a saucepan so that the liquid flows to the bottom. Put the container with yogurt in the refrigerator for a period of 3 to 5 days.
The cheese will be ready at least on the third day. It can be added to salads, first and second courses, sandwiches, it is absolutely safe for children who normally digest dairy products.
