Good news for those with a sweet tooth: dark chocolate has a rejuvenating effect! And it also starts the "alarm clocks" of the brain, motivating it to work effectively. This is why it is believed that a couple of dark chocolate cubes in the morning can be very useful.

The main thing is that its composition is natural and with a high cocoa content. It is better if the chocolate is completely sugar-free (for example, with honey), but if the company is accompanied by useful ingredients, he still worried about, then in the general list he should not be in the leading positions, but after cocoa.
