Ingredients

  • pasta - 1.5 cups;
  • minced - 200 grams;
  • Onion - 1 pc;
  • carrot - ½ piece;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • cheese - 70 gr.

Cooking method

As always, the main products I prepared beforehand. So much more convenient. Advance preparation can save time in the evening.

1. Boiled pasta until half laying on the bottom of the mold for baking.

2. In pasta - minced, fried in oil with onions and carrots. Roasting takes just 15 minutes. At the same time, we can boil and the pasta.

3. Fill pasta egg, beaten with milk. Sprinkle grated cheese and send a preheated oven to 220 degrees.

Just 15-20 minutes and pull out our pudding.

Baked pasta with minced meat and egg is ready. Submit it to the table, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
