• pickled peppers - 50 g
• Garlic - 3 cloves
• raisins - 1st. l.
• boiled rice - 100 g
• fried bananas - 50 g
• dry white wine - 1 tbsp. l.
• parsley and dill - 1 bunch
• ground black pepper to taste and salt-
• Vegetable oil for frying
PREPARATION Step by step
1. Skip the meat through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper it. Add the finely chopped garlic and stir gently (carefully knead stuffing as cutlets do not need).
2. Put the minced meat on a heated pan and fry until cooked, stirring occasionally.
3. Separately, in a frying pan fry the chopped fine julienne pickled peppers and onions into small cubes.
4. When the onions acquire a golden color add the tomato puree and fry for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring all the time.
5. Then add to the pan raisins and wine and fry for 1 minute.
6. Spread the minced meat into the sauce, stir, and add some salt if necessary to keep heat for 1-2 minutes.
7. Ready meal spread on a plate and sprinkle with herbs. Nearby lay boiled rice and fried egg on top. Bon Appetit!
