FILLING:
Butter: 35 g
Sugar powder: 35 g
Cinnamon - 1.5 tsp

1. Put on the fire a saucepan, pour the milk and add to the butter, stir until butter is melted.

2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, vanilla, cardamom and powdered sugar. Then, gradually pour the oil refrigerated milk to the dry mix, add the egg yolk and knead the dough.

3. Put the dough in a bowl, sprinkled with flour and leave for 1.5 hours to come.

4. To prepare the filling, melt the part of the oil and mix with cinnamon, sugar and the rest of the butter, mix well.

5. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, about 2 mm thick, uniformly distribute the filling and fold in the roll. With a sharp knife roll cut into pieces 2 mm thick.

6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, the laid parchment. Make sure that the buns were not too close to each other, each slightly priplyusnite top hand.
