Pasta Bolognese: A classic Italian recipe

• Ground beef - 500 g

• Celery - 1 stalk
• Garlic - 2 cloves
• Parmesan - 100 g
• A bunch of basil or parsley
• Oregano (fresh or dry)
• Black pepper to taste
• Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
• Salt

1. Diced onions, celery, garlic and chop (you can add carrots).

2. Preheat a frying pan in a thick olive oil and arrange the vegetables on it. Extinguish softness to about 5 minutes.

3. Put the vegetables in the ground beef. Mix well, so it does not come from lumps. Fry for several minutes.

4. Add diced stewed tomatoes. Bring to a boil and make the fire smaller. Stew for 20-30 minutes. Add chopped fresh herbs (in the classic version - a basil and oregano), salt and pepper.

5. 10 minutes before the sauce ready, put separately boiled spaghetti, which should be cooked to the degree of al dente ( "firm to the tooth").

6. Spread on a plate of spaghetti and top with meat sauce. If you wish, sprinkle the finished dish with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy your meal!
