For some people, yoga (translated from Sanskrit means unity, union, merger) is spiritual perfection, for others it is a religious and philosophical doctrine. However, along with the above, it is also a great opportunity to improve health, strengthen the body, and, consequently, become a more harmonious and happy person.

An example of this are celebrities who have been doing yoga for more than a year. So, for example, Madonna claims that thanks to yoga, now she looks better than 20 years ago. And Sting, who attended the first yoga lesson in 1980 (where, by the way, despite his excellent physical shape, he could not do half of the asana exercises) has now introduced a rule for all members of his team to practice separate exercises.

Lady Gaga admitted that yoga cured her of many ailments, including anorexia and bulimia, and also lifted her from a wheelchair after a hip fracture. George Clooney believes that "yoga is a suitable activity for a person who enters the second, and even the third stage of his life." And Demi Moore has become so successful in this practice that she is even thinking of quitting cinema and opening a studio.

At the same time, with all the obvious advantages of yoga, we strongly recommend that you listen to your body, since in no case should there be any discomfort and pain during classes. If such sensations appear, classes should be stopped immediately.

Be especially careful in the first 12-14 weeks of pregnancy. They are the most critical due to the fact that hormonal changes occur in the body, so the training program should be as soft as possible. It is best if a coach develops it especially for you, under whose vigilant supervision you will be able to successfully engage in the entire period of the “interesting situation”.
