How do I manage to maintain a slim figure? The question is especially relevant now, when the number of steps per day is measured along the route to the refrigerator and back, and boredom and boredom want to eat something tasty.
I share my beauty secrets and life hacks that I use every day.

Adequate nutrition

I am not a supporter of diets and restrictions, I do not sit on a strict PP and my diet can hardly be called absolutely healthy - because of an irresistible craving for sweets. But I adhere to adequate nutrition: I don't overeat, I consume enough protein, and I don't eat chocolate with chocolate covered in chocolate sauce in all inclusive mode.

I have a hearty breakfast, usually porridge with fruit, and a full lunch and dinner. I try to always eat on time to prevent severe hunger. My main rule: 80% of the diet consists of healthy foods, and 20% is for the soul. I find it easy to strike a balance: while the broccoli is steamed with the breast, I look forward to Saturday's cheat meal.

Minimum workouts

This includes daily exercises, gymnastics, and stretching and flexibility exercises to maintain tone. At home, to pleasant music, I try to devote literally half an hour a day to training. Classes invigorate and motivate to leave spring into summer in good shape!

Mandatory scrubbing

Scrub is something I cannot do without in skin care! I alternate between moisturizing and sculpting scrubs. Special pulled herself up and leveled off skin on the abdomen. I use it now after home workouts, twice a week. I apply it on the thighs, buttocks, stomach and arms; I do not touch the chest and neckline. I massage thoroughly with my hands, wash it off. And I feel an intense cooling effect on the skin, which improves microcirculation and lymph drainage.

Oil instead of shower gel

The body needs hydration, nutrition and more hydration and more nutrition. Hard water dries the skin terribly, so I replaced the usual shower gel for oil. It has a melting texture and subtle aroma, is easily absorbed - without film and “pancake” shine, and gently cares for the skin, nourishing and moisturizing it. I especially appreciated his help in winter: the skin was soft and tender - just a peach! By the way, shower oil doesn't affect oil production in any way, so don't worry about getting oily and sticky skin.

I am convinced that self love it is necessary to grow and educate, and no life circumstances should become obstacles for self-acceptance. Take care of yourself, turn flaws into advantages and often look in the mirror... with love, of course. And I go to a party - to my jars, bottles, since no other entertainment is foreseen yet
