Cut the bell pepper into rings, onion into half rings. Lightly fry all this in a pan and add to the meat in the form.Grate the garlic on a fine grater, finely chop the tomatoes without skin. Fry the garlic in a pan for 30 seconds, then add water and add chopped tomatoes, mix everything well, without turning off the heat. Add bouillon cube, Italian herbs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour the cream over the tomatoes, stir and continue to cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
