The causes of anxiety can be some real reasons, or invented by the person himself. It is one thing when there really is a reason, and another when the reason is completely stupid, and it is not worth our nerves and worries.

For example, let's take some even funny situation. Suppose a girl has always dressed in the same store for many years. She had a regular supplier with whom she was absolutely satisfied. She liked the quality of the clothes, her style, the price. And now the store is closed!

The girl has a real hysteria. How so, because this is her place, her favorite store, her favorite clothes? Her panic, hysteria and anxiety are simply due to habit. She is not going to cheat on her, does not want to put up with it. The same can be said, for example, about the situation when a manicurist or a hairdresser-stylist suddenly stops their activities or moves. The fact is unpleasant, I agree.

Here the quality of work is important, and in general the very personality of a specialist as a person. But is all this happening worth worrying about? After all, you can spend quite a bit of time and find another store with clothes, order what you need via the Internet, or try to go to another beauty salon?

There are also reasons for worries that are much more serious. For example, pregnant women in our time are very obsessed with their interesting position. They scour the Internet in order to check their condition and indicators somewhere on the forums or on the websites of doctors with those that others have, with those that should be in reality. And it seems like the feelings here are understandable, because you want the baby to be healthy, to develop normally and to be born on time.

Would you say that such thoughts about fetal diseases often materialize? The thing is that a woman herself, with her constant nervous experiences, can harm the baby. Therefore, you need to take care not about what is there and like other expectant mothers, but take care of your nerves and not worry about trifles.

Anxiety has a very negative effect on the inner world of a person, and irreversible changes begin to occur in the body. All diseases from nerves are real. For example, due to eternal anxiety, insomnia may occur, which in turn will lead to panic attacks. And because of anxiety, a nervous tic can develop.

Medicines in such cases, of course, change the picture. But, unfortunately, they are only struggling with the symptoms, but they cannot destroy the cause of anxieties and worries.

Only you can calm yourself. Sometimes you need to take life a little easier, be able to give up on something, let something pass you by and not get hung up on negative thoughts. And yet you don’t need to plan your life for many years ahead, because sometimes situations happen that change everything drastically, and it begins to seem that the world has collapsed!

Anxiety symptoms:

  • anxiety;
  • fear;
  • increased sweating;
  • insomnia;
  • frequent pulse;
  • dizziness;
  • fatigue, etc.

If you know what is the cause of your anxiety, then it is better to try to eliminate it. Suppose a young man has to take exams, and he begins to worry about this in advance. He does not know for sure whether he will be able to pass everything with a good mark or not, the most unpleasant pictures of the outcome climb into his head. Parents will be furious if he fails his exams, he will be expelled, he will not be able to find a job, life will collapse. What only students in the head does not climb! And as a result, there is insomnia, dizziness, everything falls out of hand. With such an attitude and state, you definitely won’t be able to pass the exams well.

It is important to understand that sooner or later the session will end, the exams will be passed, and what the student is going through will not change the outcome of everything that happens, and may even worsen it.

Understand that someday everything will end, your anxiety will go away, you will remember this as something stupid. Here it is - a new store and a new beauty salon with excellent qualified specialists, here it is a baby in her arms, healthy and strong, here it is, a record book, with good marks! And what was the point of worrying?

Another thing is when a person's anxiety is justified, for example, he is very worried about a loved one who is seriously ill. In this situation, you must also try to let go of your worries, and rely only on God. The fact that a person is worried, he will not help another to heal faster and get back on his feet!

Anxiety greatly harms the lives of each of us, and we must try by all means to avoid it!
