Today we will again touch on the topic of eyebrows, namely, the means used for their styling.
I have always preferred transparent eyebrow gels. And how annoying it was that over time this very gel became dirty. It looks so untidy that sometimes I didn't show you the packaging in the video :-)
In a makeup artist course, I learned about one cool way: how to leave eyebrow gel clean for a long time, and not while it is new. And this method turned out to be so obvious that it is not for nothing that they say: "Everything ingenious is simple."
I recommend using the method described below only when you bought a new gel. Unfortunately, the old eyebrow gel will not return transparency.
Why does the gel get dirty?
We design the eyebrows with gel after we have made the tone and painted over them with shadows or a pencil. Some of the color products remain on the brush, and over time, the entire gel becomes more and more stained.
Even if you are using a liner (they are drawn after they have styled their eyebrows with gel, because the liner can give a reaction and go into green), the remaining tone on the brush will also stain the gel over time.
What to do to prevent the gel from becoming cloudy and dirty?
We take a brand new gel, and immediately remove the clean gel from the brush on the hand. In order to style one eyebrow, we take part of the gel from the hand.
After we have styled the first eyebrow, wipe the remaining gel on the brush on the hand next to the clean gel that we left earlier.
Important! No need to draw new gel from the tube while we style the eyebrows.
Now we collect clean gel from the hand and lay the second eyebrow. After we have styled all the eyebrows, you need to thoroughly clean all the pigment from the brush to your hand.
The cleaner your brush is, the longer the gel will stay clear. And only after we have cleaned the brush - it can be lowered into the tube and removed until the next use.
All this takes seconds and there is absolutely nothing complicated here. I love when the cosmetics are clean, periodically I wipe all the tubes and palettes. When I see a blogger with a dirty, filthy palette of shadows, my eye involuntarily twitches and I don't want to watch her video at all.
