The trick of this lasagna from Olga Sumskaya is that it is as dietary as possible. There is not a single gram of flour in it. Therefore, you can safely cook it for dinner. The combination of meat and vegetables is the perfect combination for an evening meal.
How to make zucchini lasagna
We take any minced meat that is in the refrigerator. Ideal, of course, if it is ground pork and beef: it turns out juicy, unlike chicken, and lean, unlike pork. Fry it in a pan with onions. At the end of frying, add finely chopped tomatoes, stew everything together. Cut 1-2 zucchini into thin slices and fry them on both sides in a pan.
We take a deep form, grease it with vegetable oil and put the ingredients there in layers. The very first layer is zucchini. They are stuffed. Top - cheese. On it again zucchini, minced meat, cheese and tomatoes.
We bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
