How not to get rid of a cold in early fall: Three simple tips from a doctor

Use adaptogens - funds that help the body to quickly adapt to external changes. It is good if you start taking at least one of the list, but it would be better if several. I will highlight:

- vitamin C - 1000 mg per day on a full stomach,

- ashwagandha,

- Chinese lemongrass (this is just a super-remedy!)

- Omega-3 (only Omega-3. Omega-6 is a pro-inflammatory acid, that is, it promotes inflammation and it is not necessary to use it additionally, with a large amount in food),

- vitamin D3.

And of course drink more warm drinks. Warm, but no sugar. If you feel like sweetening, add stevia. Drink fruit drinks, tea with ginger and lemon, but do not drink food with liquid, more than 1/3 cup. Leave drinks on for a while between meals.

And of course, dress warmly.
