Things are different now. We have been living with coronavirus for a year now, and we know a lot about it. But because of the constant bad news, lockdowns, many people experience a lot of stress and negativity.

“Being with two children in constant lockdowns, I understand how important it is to give people the opportunity to live some of their negative emotions and find a positive one. Because there is very little of it now. On the other hand, there is a lot of tension, ”says Galina.

In the second book - the same main characters as in the first. This is 9-year-old Plato, 5-year-old Mia, their parents and Robbie - a talking robot toy that opens children's eyes to many things.

“In the book, Plato is very upset, because because of the lockdown it is not possible to celebrate his birthday the way he would like. Daddy loses his job. Mom works at home, and the children constantly interfere with her. In addition, the family was faced with the influence of the postcoid syndrome. They are irritable, very tired. I think many families will recognize themselves in the family of Mia and Plato. As an author, I pronounce difficult situations, I allow them to be accepted and released in this way. After that, Robbie gives useful advice on how to be, where to find positive, ”says Galina Budilova.

Robbie's advice was written in consultation with a family doctor, pediatrician and two psychologists.

In addition to useful tips, the book contains a few more art therapeutic moments. For example, a coloring book. “The drawings have clear outlines. Without going behind them, while coloring, we can feel control over the situation. This reduces anxiety, a kind of meditation, - says Galina. -In addition, you can cut out hero dolls in the book and arrange a puppet show. And with its help to play and express emotions. "
