Despite the fact that such acids are useful for maintaining normal all body functions, it is they that have a detrimental effect on the joints with a large amount in the composition of certain products. Therefore, you should reduce the consumption of soybean, corn and sunflower oils, where such acids a lot, but it is better to replace them with olive or rapeseed oils, in which these elements are practically absent.

Important:in order not to risk the health of the joints, it is better to completely abandon margarine, which, in addition to everything else, also contains the most harmful trans fats.

3. Alcohol

Alcohol in moderation is not contraindicated in people with a predisposition to rheumatoid arthritis. And yet, in order to prevent the disease, it is better to replace alcohol with kvass or kefir. After all, alcohol abuse provokes the destruction of joints at the cellular level. With progressive rheumatoid arthritis, those who cannot live without alcohol begin to experience severe pain when moving, as well as aching bones.
