Nutritionists advise starting to break the fast with eggs. It is also allowed to eat a piece of Easter cottage cheese, because protein from fermented milk products is much easier to digest than protein obtained from meat.

So, for cooking cottage cheese mogilev you will need:

  • Agave syrup (or other natural sweetener) - 130 g
  • Cottage cheese (fat) - 1 kg 250 g
  • Eggs (large) - 10 pcs.
  • Heavy cream - 80 g
  • Raisins and candied fruits - 4 tablespoons each
  • Semolina - 140 g

Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat with a blender. Add sugar, cream and sifted semolina to it. Mix everything up. Beat the yolks and add the curd mass to them. Then beat the whites into a thick foam and carefully combine everything.

Knead the dough gently, add candied fruits and raisins. Transfer the resulting mass to a mold (fill in two-thirds), greased with butter.

Easter cottage cheese is baked for 40-45 minutes in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees. For cups, the baking time is shorter, but it all depends on their size.

Do not immediately remove the hot baked Easter from the mold until it cools completely, as it should stand in the mold for at least an hour and a half. The singer decorated the top of Easter with a layer of agar-agar, as well as nuts and chopped candied fruits.
