This is how Tom Ford's cherry was born three years ago, and Mom did not worry about it.
Top notes: cherry, bitter almond
Heart notes: plum, Turkish rose, jasmine
Base notes: tonka bean, vanilla, Peruvian balsam, sandalwood, cedar, cloves, vetiver, patchouli
The scent is simply magical. As if I fell into a vat of fortified cherry wine, where alcohol is not felt. Overripe and very juicy cherries with a tart stone ground into dust. The sour notes of overripe cherries are carefully hidden by vanilla and tonka beans, which add quite a bit of sweet (closer to confectionery) shades, without too much sugar. Like expensive cheesecakes.
If Fendi languid cherries are closer to Belgian ales (a little fresher and louder), then at Tom Ford it is even thicker, denser, like in liqueurs. Mentally I want to greedily eat this wet piece of pie, from which the cherry pulp is oozing straight. Not juice, but pulp!
The most stunning cherry. It is difficult to describe it, because from the first zip, emotions are overwhelmed by such a highly concentrated cherry madness.
They say that the fragrance is unstable and flies off. It is a pity that this is not the case. And then an overdose of his complimentarity only interferes in the city.
The base is gorgeous: after 7-8 hours it smells like a clean starched shirt, which I stained with vanilla mousse with cherries and tonka beans, then put it on a heated sandalwood base. And such a base is kept in a light haze until the end of the day.
