A month ago, I did a complex coloring. And according to the classics of the genre, after lightening my hair turned into a loofah. They became dry, brittle. All my departure until then waved a pen, because I was completely unable to cope with all this disgrace.
I decided to completely change my hair care and it was right, my hair began to look alive and silky. 1 stage of hair care - scrub shampoo
This is not the scrub we are used to imagining. There are no abrasive traumatic particles in it. More like a peel and the active ingredient in it is niacinamide. He then acts as the commander-in-chief in this shampoo. Thanks to niacinamide, the rate of sebum production is reduced, so this scrub is necessary primarily for those who have oily scalp and have to wash their hair often.
Personally, I washed my hair every other day. There were times when by the evening of the next day the hair was not fresh at all. Now my head is every three days. And you just can't imagine how glad I am! That's the truth, because washing my hair takes a very long time.
The method of application is disgracefully simple: apply to the scalp like a regular shampoo, massage for 2-3 minutes and rinse. Everything.
I have many formats of scalp peels and I responsibly declare that scrub shampoo is one of the best inventions for hair. Firstly, it is convenient, and secondly, it is fast and there is no need to wait 15-30 minutes, because sometimes there is no time, especially in the morning before work.
2 stage of hair care - shampoo
Yes, you understood everything correctly: after shampoo I use shampoo :-)
As you can see, these are different shampoos. And they cope with different tasks. We talked about the scrub shampoo, now - about the second shampoo. In fact, here I will not sing the odes as I did above. No, he is very good, it's just easier for me to write in assessing the shampoo, what he doesn't do is more important.
So, this shampoo did not cause any irritation or itching for me, for this I already put 5 points out of 5. Those who have been reading my channel for a long time may remember how difficult it is for me to choose a shampoo: itching, irritation, dandruff, then all at once. For this, of course, many thanks from me and from my husband, because he saw how many tears I shed after some new shampoo.
The rinsing ability is good, while it does not dry the hair and scalp, it cleans gently but effectively.
3 stage of hair care - mask
Mask with hyaluronic acid and aloe vera extract in the composition, which is responsible for moisturizing. I will not say that humidification is mind-boggling, but it is there. And what is most important for me - without weighting.
I use the mask once a week for 20-30 minutes, thereby deeply moisturizing the hair. After applying, I put on a shower cap, a turban / towel on top and go about my business.
If you have time and desire, I can warm up the towel with a hairdryer, so the mask will work better.
4 stage hair care - revitalizing balm
Balm with olive oil, avocado and argan oil. All of these components are also aimed at moisturizing the hair.
Of course, "restoring" is loudly connected, because it is impossible to restore damaged disulfide bonds (well, at least not yet figured out how to do it), but they can be prosthetic. There is only one tool that can prosthetics disulfide bonds, and this is not this balm, unfortunately.
It moisturizes well, I use it after every shampoo (even after the mask) and keep it on the hair for 1-2 minutes. After - I wash it off, but not completely, leave quite a bit on my hair. If your hair is healthy, this can weigh down your hair, and is great for dry and porous hair.
5 stage hair care - leave-in spray with keratin
