Ingredients:

Berries (currants, cranberries, raspberries) - 250 g

Water - 500 ml

Cooking method. Put the berries in a saucepan, add water, squeeze out the lemon juice. Boil for 20 minutes. After cooling, honey can be added.

Ginger mint lemonade

Such a drink does not require cooking, it is healthy, because the ginger root is a storehouse of various vitamins. It strengthens the immune system and improves appetite. Please note that ginger-based drinks are not recommended until 2 years of age.

Ingredients:

Lemon - 1.5 pcs.

Ginger root - 20 g

Mint - a couple of twigs

Honey - 50 g

Water - 1 l

Cooking method. Put honey in a container, squeeze lemon juice with a fork, add honey, finely chopped ginger, put mint. Mix everything thoroughly, add water and let it brew for 30 minutes. Done!

Citrus bomb
