While tablets have their advantages, experts argue that printed books provide a more meaningful and engaging experience for everyone.
New research in the journal Pediatrics confirms the benefits of reading paper books for children. The study involved 37 pairs of parents with children who read short stories about a small creature. As it turned out, reading ordinary books is more fun for children and adults.
Participants in the study could read stories from three types of books: conventional, tablets or electronic with special effects.
