Parents on social media talk about the decision of some schools not to enroll children in grades 10-11.
But the Education Minister urged parents not to panic.
Sergey Shkarlet believes that this information cannot be true, since the introduction of a specialized school is scheduled for 2027.
If the school has informed you about this, then this is the responsibility of the head of the educational institution.
According to the Minister of Education, some schools can go for small experiments, creating specialized classes. But that doesn't mean the child will be denied a transfer to high school. Perhaps the recruitment will be carried out in directions, someone is interested in chemistry, someone is interested in physics, someone is interested in languages.
Shkarlet once again recalled that schools have no right to refuse a child transfer to grade 10 or 11, and it does not matter what the reason for the refusal is.If the problem still persists, then the parents can complain about the director, write an appeal to the Ministry so that we check the educational process at the school.
Note that the Ukrainian authorities want to reformat education, dividing it into three levels.
It is expected that grades 10-12 will be a kind of college analogue.
