How to take vitamins correctly

3. Food interferes with vitamins

4. There is no Omega-3 in multivitamin complexes

Omega-3 is the key to hydrated, elastic skin, beautiful hair and nails. In order to make up for the lack of fatty acids, it is necessary to introduce sea fish into the diet more often.
