Causes of headaches during sports
1. Adaptation to loads

3. Training on an empty stomach - and other discomfort

When pain is not dangerous (which is 90% of cases)
1. Pulsating pain that occurred during or immediately after training
2. My whole head hurts3. There are no alarming symptoms: loss of consciousness, nausea, vomiting, dizziness.
When pain can be a dangerous symptom (in 10% of cases):
- convulsions
- nausea, vomiting
- pain is prolonged, conventional medications do not relieve it
- dizziness, loss of balance or consciousness
- pain when turning the head
- double vision, problems with speech
Such dangerous symptoms can indicate hemorrhage, swelling, dysfunction of blood vessels, etc. IN in such cases, you need to urgently seek medical help, undergo magnetic resonance imaging and computer tomography.
