Three winter express diets

These diets can only be used for a very limited number of days.

In winter, the body and so often lacks strength and vitamins, so sit down on strict options diets - not the best option. But if you urgently need to pull the volume a little in order to fit into a festive dress, then the express diet is what will definitely help. But such food should not last longer than 4 days, so as not to lead to health problems or uncontrolled appetite.

Carrot diet

Carrots are a fairly satisfying vegetable. It contains fiber, vitamins B, A, D, E, K, ascorbic acid, essential oils, iodine. At the same time, carrots are low in calories, cheap and train your gums.

On a diet, you need 4 days to eat only a salad of raw carrots and fruits (except for bananas and grapes). You can add lemon juice and a spoonful of honey to the salad. You can also drink unlimited green tea. All other drinks except pure water are excluded.

You need to go to your usual diet gradually, excluding fried, fatty, smoked dishes, so as not to disrupt the work of the digestive system.

Pumpkin diet

Pumpkin contains vitamins of group B, A, E, C, PP, as well as iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper. The diet menu is designed for 4 days. At this time, you need to drink a lot of water, consume a minimum of salt. Green tea is allowed.

1st day:

  • Breakfast: 200 g of pumpkin salad and pumpkin porridge on the water
  • Lunch: 250 grams of vegetable pumpkin soup
  • Dinner: 250 g of stewed pumpkin

2nd day:

  • Breakfast: 200 g of pumpkin salad and pumpkin porridge on the water
  • Lunch: 250 grams of pumpkin vegetable soup, 2 pumpkin chops
  • Dinner: apples

3rd day:

  • Breakfast: 200 g of pumpkin salad and pumpkin porridge on the water
  • Lunch: 250 grams of vegetable pumpkin soup
  • Dinner: 250 grams of pumpkin salad, 1 grapefruit

4th day:

  • Breakfast: 200 g of pumpkin salad and pumpkin porridge on the water
  • Lunch: 250 grams of vegetable pumpkin soup
  • Dinner: 300 g pumpkin stew.

Grapefruit diet

Grapefruit invigorates and tones well, contains vitamins C, B, D, P, A. It is also believed to help burn fat. But let's be honest: citrus fruits are not the most satisfying product, which also stimulates the production of gastric juice and saliva. Such a diet can be difficult to tolerate, it is not recommended for pregnant women, lactating women, people with chronic diseases of the heart, blood vessels or gastrointestinal tract, but during periods of increased mental or physical exertion.

1st day:

  • Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit or juice from it, 50 g of low-fat ham, green tea.
  • Lunch: 1/2 grapefruit, vegetable salad, green tea.
  • Dinner: 1/2 grapefruit, 150 g of boiled lean meat, 200 g of green salad, green tea.

2nd day:

  • Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit or grapefruit juice, 2 boiled eggs, green tea.
  • Lunch: 1/2 grapefruit, 50 g of low-fat cheese.
  • Dinner: 1/2 grapefruit, 200 g of stewed fish, 200 g of green vegetable salad, a slice of black bread.

3rd day:

  • Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 2 tbsp. oatmeal in water, 2-3 nuts, low-fat yogurt.
  • Lunch: 1/2 grapefruit, 250 g vegetable soup
  • Dinner: 1/2 grapefruit, 200 g boiled chicken, 2 baked tomatoes, green tea.

4th day:

  • Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, boiled egg, 1 glass of tomato juice, tea with lemon.
  • Lunch: 1/2 grapefruit, 200 g of carrot and green vegetable salad, 1 slice of black bread.
  • Dinner: 1/2 grapefruit, 300 g of stewed vegetables, green tea.
