Personal example

Why should children be taught etiquette from a young age? Because schoolchildren and preschoolers are the biggest adherents of the rules. When everything is clear in their lives, it is easier and more understandable for them to live. Knowing good manners helps them feel calm and confident in different situations.

- We did not teach Lyuba etiquette by force, - says the girl's grandmother. - She just repeats our behavior in the family and adopts our values. Lyuba grew up in an atmosphere of etiquette. I took her to my master classes from the age of two. At three years old, she confidently used a fork and knife.

Do not impose

If you want to teach your kids good manners, you need to engage them. When rules are imposed, the child may have resistance. Play is the main method of teaching etiquette. A child should not follow the rules because he was drilled like a soldier, he should have a desire to behave with dignity in different life situations.

Place is important

You need to teach etiquette in different places: restaurants, cafes, hubs, art galleries, shopping centers, theaters. In a luxurious setting, in a playful way, you need to explain all the nuances of good manners. After all, even in the school cafeteria or at lunch in kindergarten, a child can learn to behave with dignity, wielding only one spoon.
