How to make deep fried fried ice cream: recipe step by step
Making fried ice cream at home is much easier than you might think.
Fried ice cream is a real gastronomic hit of this summer. Dessert surprises many first with its preparation method, and then with its flavor combinations. We invite you to join the culture of a new, creamier and more delicate ice cream that will definitely fall in love with you.
Ingredients:
- Vanilla ice cream - 500 g.
- Cornflakes - 7 cups
- Ground cinnamon -1 tbsp
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Milk 3.5% fat - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil.
Cooking method:
- First, scoop the ice cream out onto a board lined with parchment.
- Then put it in the freezer for a few hours.
- Put the cornflakes in a bowl and chop.
- Toss the crushed cinnamon flakes.
- Remove scoops of ice cream and dip in corn crumbs.
- Then return them to the freezer for 30-60 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, sugar and milk in a bowl.
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer again and wrap each ball in the mixture.
- Then roll the ice cream again in the crushed flakes.
- Remove again for a few hours.
- Deep-fry the balls.
- The fried ice cream is ready.
Advice
It is best to serve fried ice cream with caramel or chocolate sauce.
