Long-term breastfeeding of a newborn: what threatens the mother

click fraud protection
There are times when mothers continue feed breastfeeding baby even after reaching the age of two.

Of course, this has its advantages - the child's immunity is strengthened, the intestines are more stable. But there are also enough cons. The fact is that the child gets used not so much to mother's milk as to the breast. Many women face a problem due to the fact that the baby does not accept expressed milk, for example, in a bottle.

The longer lactation lasts, the more difficult it is for the mother.
The lion's share of nutrients goes into milk, respectively, nursing mothers observe a deterioration in their health. Bones, teeth, hair, nails suffer, the skin loses its elasticity, the endocrine system works much worse.

Remember also about psychological discomfort - the child can get used to the fact that the desire to eat can be shown very simply: reaching for the mother's chest even at the wrong moment or in public places.
