Just asking a child about the qualities of his friends is a thankless task. But you can discuss together, for example, a movie in which there were friends. Share the opinion that a true friend will never intentionally hurt or humiliate, will not tell secrets, will not gossip behind your back, etc.

This can be a visit to sports or creative sections, in which children with similar interests gather - they always have something to discuss, this becomes the beginning of friendship.
