Autumn is the time for fragrant and tender soups, which are able to warm in the first cold weather. It is still warm outside, but cream soup with champignons will be very useful for dinner. Its piquant taste will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1 pc.,
- Champignons 200 g,
- Sour cream 200 g,
- Flour 70 g,
- Butter 150 g,
- Bow 1 pc.,
- Spices, salt to taste,
- Parsley to taste.

Cooking method:
1. Peel potatoes, slice and boil in salted water. Make sure that there is not too much liquid in the pan.
2. Cut some of the mushrooms beautifully for serving, chop the rest.
