There are only two main ingredients - pepper and tomato, but what a divinely delicious result that will delight you all winter.
You will need: 2.5 kg bell pepper, 2 kg tomatoes, 1/2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. salt.
How to cook
Wash vegetables, peel from inedible elements. Twist the tomatoes through a meat grinder, cut the pepper into large pieces. Mix the vegetables, add sugar and salt to them, put in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
After boiling, cook the mixture for about 30 minutes. At the very end, add a spoonful of 9% vinegar and remove the pan from heat.Then it remains only to pour the lecho into prepared sterilized glass jars and roll up with special lids (also sterile).
