  • Baby cream - 50 gr.
  • Vitamin E - 1 capsule 

It is very simple to prepare such a cream. It is enough to mix all the ingredients and knead thoroughly for 15 minutes. Then your cream will be ready for use. You need to apply it every day before bed to achieve the desired effect.

Hydrogen peroxide compress 

You will need:

  • 0.5 cups of hydrogen peroxide;
  • 2.5 glasses of warm water 37-40 degrees;
  • wide bandage;
  1. To make a compress, you need to mix the peroxide with water.
  2. Then you need to thoroughly moisten the gauze and apply to the cracked heel.
  3. Next, wrap your foot with foil and leave it to infuse for a couple of hours.
  4. After that, wash your feet thoroughly with soapy water.
