Linden is not only delicious tea.
Linden salad
You will need: 10-15 linden leaves (up to 10 cm) with buds, 5 small cucumbers, 5 pcs. radish, a little green salad, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. sour cream or vegetable oil.
How to cook. The leaves and buds need to be rinsed and covered with boiling water for a few minutes while you cook the rest of the ingredients. Cut cucumbers, radishes and lettuce into pieces of your choice. Grind linden in a ceramic mortar with salt, add vinegar, oil / sour cream, squeeze out the garlic. Pour the resulting sauce over the vegetables, add herbs to taste.
Linden soup
You will need: 100 g of linden leaves, 100 g of potatoes, 100 g of meat (cooked in advance), 20 g of onions, 20 g of leeks, 25 g of sour cream, 10 g of butter, salt and herbs to taste.
How to cook. Wash and cut the linden leaves, put them in boiling water for 1 minute, then put them in a colander and simmer with butter over low heat for 10 minutes. Pass the onions and leeks for a few minutes.
Add onion, linden leaves, potatoes to the boiling broth. Cook all together for 15-20 minutes over low heat, add sour cream and sliced meat before serving.Linden chocolate bars
You will need: 70 g of unripe linden fruits, 6 g of dried linden flowers, 1 tsp. icing sugar, 2 tsp. melted chocolate, a few drops of liquor, 1-2 tsp. grape seed oil, 1-2 tablespoons flour.
How to cook. Grind dried linden flowers into powder, grind the fruits in a mortar. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour oil so much that the consistency does not turn out to be too liquid. Put the resulting mass in small molds and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
