Cherry cheesecake is a great way to satisfy your hunger and treat yourself to something delicious at home.
Cherry cooking at home cheesecake much easier than you think. It is enough to show a little effort and creativity. At the same time, cheesecake without baking is an excellent option for making dessert for novice housewives.
Ingredients:
- Butter - 50 g
- Cookies - 100 g
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Cherries - 225 g
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Water - 150 ml
- Gelatin - 30 g
- Cream 20% - 120 g
Cooking method:
- Grind the cookies into crumbs.
- Add cinnamon and combine with previously melted butter.
- Stir until smooth.
- Line the bottom of the split baking dish with parchment.
- Put the cookie and butter crumbs into it and tamp well, forming the bottom cake.
- Cover the cherries with sugar.
- Cover with water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell.
- Melt the swollen gelatin in a water bath, without boiling.
- Mix curd with cream and beat with a blender.
- Add the remaining sugar and continue whisking until the curd is smooth.
- In a blender, beat the cherry and syrup.
- Add half of the gelatin to the cherry mass, and the rest to the curd. Stir.
- Put the curd mass on a sand base and let it harden slightly in the freezer.
- Pour the cherry mass over the top.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
Advice
In order to remove the cake from the mold, you need to place it in very hot water for a couple of seconds. If using a split mold, put it in water in a plastic bag, otherwise water may seep into the mold.
