Ingredients:
- frozen berries - 600 g
- egg whites - 9 pcs.
- granulated sugar - 100 g
- butter - 30 g
- starch - 15 g
Cooking method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- The berries must also be defrosted beforehand.
- Grease small ceramic tins with butter.
- Sprinkle sugar on the bottom and sides and refrigerate.
- Whisk the defrosted berries into a homogeneous mass in a blender.
- Then rub the berries through a sieve.
- Dissolve the starch in 25 ml of water.
- Place the berry mass in a small saucepan.
- Pour in the diluted starch and heat everything over low heat until boiling.
- Whisk the whites in a food processor with 80 g of sugar until firm.
- Pour hot berry mass into the proteins.
- Continue beating the mixture for a couple of minutes.
- Place the berry soufflé in chilled molds.
- Send the dessert to the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.
