How to make real ramen soup

The dish became very popular when Japanese cuisine came into vogue.

Ramen soup is actually not as exotic as it might seem. It's filling and nutritious dish, which bears little resemblance to our usual liquid first courses.

It is based on noodles seasoned with meat, eggs, vegetables. How to make Ramen soup at home, which will be in no way inferior to restaurant soup?

You will need: 500 g pork neck, 500 g egg noodles, 300 g shrimp, 100 g green onions, 150 g chicken drumstick, 50 g shavings tuna, 2 chicken eggs, 2 onions, 2 celery stalks, 1 carrot, 250 ml soy sauce, 50 g fresh ginger.

How to cook?

Boil chicken broth, chopped carrots and onions, strain when done. Disassemble the chicken into fibers.

Tie the pork with twine, fry over high heat with a minimum amount of oil. Then put the meat in a saucepan, add chopped celery, onions, grated ginger, pour boiling water and soy sauce.

Cover the saucepan, bring the contents to a boil and cook for 40 minutes. Then remove the pork and cut into thin slices, strain the broth.

Fry shrimp meat, boil noodles and chicken eggs separately.

From the shells of shrimp and tuna shavings, say broth (cook for 7 minutes after boiling).

Combine all broths together. Chop green onions.

Put all the cooked ingredients in a deep plate, pour over the broth mixture and soy sauce. Salt to taste.
