Yorkshire pudding
You will need: 3 eggs, 300 ml of milk, 150 g of flour, 1 tsp. salt (no slide), black pepper to taste, vegetable oil.
How to cook: Mix flour and milk until no lumps are present. Beat eggs with a mixer, add them to milk and flour. Mix everything, salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
Take muffin molds, pour 1 tablespoon into each. vegetable oil and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Then take out the forms, pour the mixture into them 3/4. Place in preheated oven for another 30 minutes.
Molasses cake
You will need: 250 g flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. a mixture of spices, 100 g of soft butter, 75 g of icing sugar, 3 tbsp. molasses, 150 ml sour cream, 100 g raisins.
How to cook: mix flour, molasses, spices, icing sugar, butter, sour cream into a homogeneous mass. Add raisins and mix well.Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in the mass and smooth. Bake for about 75 minutes. When the cake is done, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
Magic Cauldron Cakes
You will need: 2 tbsp. flour, 1.5 tbsp. sugar, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. milk, 1/2 tbsp. soft butter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp grated ginger.
How to cook: Mix eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon and vanilla, add milk and other ingredients. The mass should be homogeneous. Lubricate the muffin tins with butter, pour in the resulting mixture 3/4 of the volume.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
