This is a very unusual dessert that you don't have to go to a restaurant for.
You will need: 500 g ice cream (ice cream is better), 1 glass of flour, 1 egg, 1 glass of cold water, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, vegetable oil.
How to cook
Cover the tray with parchment, put the ice cream balls on top and put them in the freezer for an hour at the lowest possible temperature.
Sift baking soda and flour, add an egg, beat. Add water, vanilla extract to the dough, mix well, cool.
Pour a lot of oil into a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Dip the ice cream balls one by one in the batter and fry in oil until golden brown.After frying, the ball can be placed on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or syrup before serving.
